1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Doofy mobile application and website (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Doofy provides a platform for ordering fresh, preservative-free cooking ingredients including coconut milk, grated coconuts, dosa batter, spice blends, and other healthy food products. We facilitate the connection between customers and our kitchen facilities for the delivery of fresh food products.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Placement

Orders can be placed through our mobile application or website. All orders are subject to acceptance by Doofy.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice
• Payment must be made at the time of order placement or upon delivery (for COD orders)
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery
• Additional delivery charges may apply based on location and order value

4.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations

• Orders can be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of placement
• Cancellations may be subject to cancellation charges
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Chennai and surrounding areas. Delivery availability is subject to location and operational capacity.

5.2 Delivery Times

• Standard delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances
• We strive to deliver within the promised time frame but cannot guarantee exact delivery times
• You must be available to receive the order at the specified delivery address

6. Product Quality and Returns

6.1 Product Quality

We are committed to providing fresh, high-quality products. All products are prepared daily without preservatives.

6.2 Returns and Refunds

• Quality-related complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons
• Refunds or replacements will be provided for genuine quality issues
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Doofy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.

9.2 Product Information

While we strive to provide accurate product information, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doofy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Doofy from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
